How Virumi (viralaivideo.app) handles account and guest-order information, uploaded photos, generated videos and images, credits and payments.
Last updated: October 26, 2026
Who we are
Virumi is the public operating name for Virumi. Contact: support@viralaivideo.app.
Virumi provides template-based AI videos and photo-editing tools at viralaivideo.app. You can use an account or, where offered, purchase a single video or photo set as a guest. This policy covers the website and these services.
We operate the account, order, storage and generation service. The service is independent of the artists, labels and original creators behind referenced trends. Using a model or payment provider does not imply that it endorses our service.
Information we collect
Account. You sign in with Google or with a one-time code we send to your email address. With Google, we receive the account identifier, name, email address, and profile image that Google shares with us. With an email code, we receive your email address. We keep a session so you stay signed in.
Photos and videos. When you generate a video, you upload one to three photos, depending on the template (JPG, PNG, or WebP, each under 20 MB). We store those photos and the MP4 we generate so you can watch, download, and revisit the video in Your renders.
Credits and payments. We store your credit balance, grants, and the credits spent or returned for each video. If you buy a credit pack, Stripe handles the payment. We receive the purchase status, amount, currency, and a payment reference. We do not receive your full card number.
Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard request data such as IP address, browser, device type, and the time of the request. We use similar signals to detect abuse. If analytics or live chat is turned on, those tools receive the usage data described under Cookies.
Guest purchases. You can buy a single video or a photo set without creating an account. We keep the checkout email, the selected offer, payment and refund references, order status, and secure access/recovery information. Photo tools process one uploaded image and create a set of edited images. Signing in to claim an order links it to your verified account.
How we use information
We use account and order information to authenticate you, deliver the video or photo set you request, provide access and order recovery, manage credits, payments and refunds, prevent abuse and answer support requests. Google sign-in data identifies your account and supports these account functions; it is stored with our hosting provider. Google sign-in does not give us access to your Gmail, Drive or Google Photos.
Your uploaded photos are processed to fulfill and secure your generation request and make its results available to you. We do not publish customer uploads or results in galleries, examples or marketing, sell them, or use them to train a model of our own. Generation providers receive the files needed for the request, as described below; their handling of copies is also subject to their own policies.
Purposes and legal bases
Where EU or UK data-protection law applies, account functions, paid orders and delivery use data necessary to perform the requested contract or take steps you request before it. Security and proportionate abuse prevention rely on legitimate interests in protecting customers and the service, balanced against your rights. Financial records may be retained to meet applicable legal obligations. The current Cookie Preferences panel keeps analytics and configured chat active under the service policy described in Cookies. Its advertising controls do not represent consent to those services. Contact support@viralaivideo.app to raise an objection or ask about the legal basis applicable to your situation.
Photos, likeness, and generated videos
For videos, generation providers receive your uploaded photos and the template reference video and, where applicable, reference audio. Appearance analysis may describe visible features to help preserve the subject’s look. For photo tools, providers receive the uploaded image and editing instructions to generate edited images. This processing is separate from Google account sign-in.
Only upload photos you have permission to use, with the consent of the people shown. The rules for children below also apply. Generated images and videos can resemble a person while containing errors; they are AI recreations, not statements or official works by that person.
Who receives information
We do not sell personal information.
We share data with service providers only so they can run the product:
Google, to sign you in. Cloudflare, to host the site and API, store the database, store uploaded photos and generated videos, and send sign-in emails. APIMart, our video provider, to review your photos and render the video. APIMart passes them to ByteDance's Seedance video model, and to an OpenAI model that describes each photo's hairstyle so the video keeps your look. Stripe, when you buy credits, to take the payment. Google Analytics or OpenPanel, only if we have turned that analytics tool on, to understand page visits. Tawk.to, only if we have turned live chat on, to carry a support conversation.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or if we need it to investigate abuse, protect users, or respond to a legal claim. If the service moves to a new operator, the account and content records needed to keep it running move with it, and we update this policy.
For photo tools, APIMart also sends your image and instructions to Google Gemini image models and may use an OpenAI vision model to describe visible appearance. These processors handle the request under their own terms and retention policies. Stripe also processes single-video and photo-set payments and refunds. The checkout email is used for delivery, order recovery and support, not marketing without your separate permission.
International processing
Cloudflare, Google, APIMart, model providers, Stripe and configured analytics/chat providers may process information outside your country, including outside the EEA or UK. We do not promise EEA- or UK-only hosting or processing. Contact support@viralaivideo.app for information about recipients, processing locations and applicable transfer safeguards, including how to obtain information about a safeguard or a copy where applicable.
How long we keep information
Account videos and photo sets: we delete eligible original uploads 30 days after the task finishes. Completed results remain in your account while it is open, unless you request earlier deletion.
Guest orders: original uploads become eligible for deletion 30 days after the order finishes, and generated videos or images after 30 days. Download them before that period ends. Signing in or claiming a guest order does not restart or extend these periods. In-progress work and unresolved payment/refund work are retained until they can be safely settled.
Email support@viralaivideo.app from your account or checkout address to request access, export or earlier deletion. We verify ownership, close the account if requested, end its sessions and remove the uploads/results we can associate with the verified request. We may retain limited payment, dispute, fraud-prevention and deletion records when necessary. Closing an account is not a refund request. Copies held by generation providers are subject to their policies; we will forward verified requests and explain any retention or deletion limits we can confirm. We do not promise that deleting our storage erases every provider copy immediately.
Account profile information, linked sign-in records and authentication tokens may be stored while the account is active. A verified closure request ends sessions and initiates the data-request procedure; it is not an instantaneous erasure of every database record. Necessary financial, dispute and security records may remain for the applicable purpose and legal period. Ask support@viralaivideo.app about the records associated with your account.
Security
Customer uploads and results are held in private cloud storage. Account ownership or guest-order access is checked before the service issues media links. Media links carry a cryptographic signature and expire after one hour; anyone who obtains a valid link can open it until it expires, so treat it as private and do not share it unintentionally. We do not publicly list or index these files.
The site uses HTTPS. No online service can guarantee perfect security. Protect your Google account or email inbox, sign out on shared devices, and contact support@viralaivideo.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
Cookies and similar technologies
Analytics, essential services, and performance and functionality remain active under the site service policy. These include login, security, orders, drafts, theme and language preferences, first-party attribution, configured Google Analytics or OpenPanel, and configured Tawk.to chat. Analytics measures visits, template use and purchases; chat may receive technical information and, when signed in, your name and email. Advertising opt-out does not disable these services. Configured services may start before you handle the notice. Private media and recovery routes remain excluded from analytics.
Cookie Preferences lets you edit advertising and unclassified preferences. Advertising defaults to on and unclassified defaults to off. Select All or Unselect All changes only those two preferences; Save Changes applies them, while closing without saving discards edits. We currently use no advertising trackers or unclassified tools, and these preferences do not authorize future tools. Preferences are kept for up to 180 days on this device. Previous v1 records are retained unchanged as historical choices; the current policy is not recorded as your earlier consent. Contact support@viralaivideo.app about privacy choices or requests.
When configured, PVUV.ai measures page visits, traffic sources and traffic quality. It uses first-party cookies and may use localStorage for visitor identity, sessions and attribution. The provider stores IP addresses and device fingerprints as hashes. Mobile sensors and automatic download events are disabled. Public page URLs may be sent to the provider; do not include sensitive information in them.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of account or guest-order information, uploaded photos and generated results. Write to support@viralaivideo.app from the account or checkout email and explain your request. We verify ownership before disclosing or deleting private information. The retention section explains the records we may need to keep.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or complain to a data-protection authority. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Requests and complaints
Contact support@viralaivideo.app to exercise rights or raise a privacy concern. We handle requests within the deadlines required by applicable law, including the generally applicable one-month response period under EU/UK data-protection rules and any lawful, explained extension. You can complain to your relevant supervisory authority, including the authority for your usual residence, workplace or the alleged infringement in the EU, or the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). You do not have to contact us first to use that right.
Children
Virumi is not directed to children under 16, and they must not create accounts. Do not upload photos of anyone under 16 except your own child in a template expressly made for children, when you are the parent or legal guardian and can give the required permission.
These uploads and results receive the same private handling and retention rules described above; they are not used in examples or marketing. The retention period depends on whether the task is an account generation or a guest order. If you believe we hold a child’s account or an unauthorized photo of a child, contact support@viralaivideo.app so we can investigate and remove verified unauthorized data.
