Terms of Service

Virumi is the public operating name for Virumi. Contact: support@viralaivideo.app.

Virumi generates template-based videos from uploaded photos and creates edited photo sets. Some video templates support pets or, under the rules below, a parent’s own child. Account generations use the credits shown before starting; where offered, a guest can instead pay for a single video or photo set. Free or compensation credits may expire as disclosed.

The checkout or generation form describes the selected product and price. The service is independent of the artists, labels, publishers and original creators behind referenced trends. We do not grant rights to their names, likenesses, recordings or works, and a provider’s involvement does not imply endorsement.

You sign in with Google or with a one-time code sent to your email address. You are responsible for the account you sign in with and for activity while it is signed in on your device.

Give us accurate information where we ask for it. Do not create an account if you are under 16. Do not create several accounts or share access to get around a limit or an offer.

Upload only photos you have the right to use, with permission from every person shown for the requested generated video or edited images. Do not upload anyone under 16 unless the template expressly supports children and you are that child’s parent or legal guardian using your own child’s photo.

Do not create non-consensual intimate content, harass or defame anyone, or impersonate someone to mislead or defraud. You are responsible for your inputs and for obtaining the rights and permissions needed to use or publish the resulting videos and images.

Do not misuse the service. That includes trying to break, probe, or overload it, accessing an account or video that belongs to someone else, scraping in a way that degrades the service, or using the service to break the law.

Do not upload malware, or files other than the photos the studio asks for. When a platform or another person asks you to say that a clip is an AI recreation, do not hide that.

You retain the rights you have in your photos. You give us limited permission to host and process them, including sending them to generation providers, to fulfill, secure, store and deliver your requested video or photo set and handle deletion under the privacy policy. This does not give us permission to use customer photos or results in marketing.

Our rights in our software, branding and original material do not include ownership of third-party music, reference videos, characters or likenesses. Their rights remain with their respective holders. A purchase or download does not grant you a license to those third-party works or guarantee commercial-use rights.

You can download your available results. Sharing or commercial use requires all applicable photo, likeness, music and other permissions, and compliance with the destination platform’s rules. If a rightsholder or platform requires removal, you must comply.

Account credits. Each generation spends the credits shown before you start. If a charged account generation fails, those credits are returned to the same account. Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Purchased credits do not expire; free or compensation credits may expire as disclosed. Delivered credit purchases are not refundable in cash except where required by law or where the payment or credit delivery fails.

Guest cash orders. A single-video or photo-set purchase pays only for that order and does not add account credits. Payment is confirmed by the payment processor, not merely by returning from checkout. If a paid order cannot be delivered, including a rejected upload or failed generation, we initiate a refund to the original payment method. A pending refund is not yet confirmed or received; processing and bank arrival can take additional time. Contact support@viralaivideo.app with the order number for a purchase, refund or delivery problem.

Guest uploads and results have the retention periods shown at checkout and in the privacy policy. Claiming an order does not extend them. Download your results in time. Prices may change for future purchases without taking away credits already held. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

For EU/UK distance purchases, a statutory 14-day cancellation period generally applies, subject to valid legal exceptions. We do not treat payment, credited balances, automatic generation or a download alone as your express agreement to lose that right. Send an unambiguous cancellation request with the order/payment reference to support@viralaivideo.app within the applicable period. Where the law requires cancellation, repair, replacement, a price reduction or a cash refund, those rights take precedence over credit-only refunds and discretionary refund limits. We process a required refund within the applicable legal deadline; card or bank settlement is separate.

AI videos and edited images can contain errors in faces, bodies, clothing, motion or lip sync and may differ from the input photos. We do not promise an exact likeness, completion within a fixed number of minutes, or acceptance by a social platform.

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. These statements do not remove mandatory consumer rights or the delivery and refund obligations described above.

Liability is determined under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer remedies, payment or refund obligations, data-protection rights, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud or intentional wrongdoing. We do not impose a zero-liability rule because free credits were used, or a cap referring only to credit purchases while ignoring cash orders.

AI limitations described above do not remove statutory standards for the service or digital content. Any dispute or claim must be assessed with the mandatory protections that apply to the customer.

You may stop using the service at any time. Email support@viralaivideo.app to close your account. The privacy policy explains what we delete.

We may suspend or close an account, or refuse a generation, if you break these terms, if we need to investigate abuse, or if a provider or the law requires it. If we close an account for a serious breach, we may remove the stored photos and videos and cancel unused credits that came from abuse.

We publish updates with a revised date. Changes apply to future purchases and do not retroactively remove rights attached to existing paid orders. Where law requires notice or fresh agreement, those requirements apply; simply continuing to use the site is not a blanket waiver of mandatory rights or consent to new optional data uses.

These terms are published in English, Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese and French and are meant to say the same thing. This page does not choose one court or the law of one country. If we cannot resolve a dispute by email, it may be brought where the law that applies to you allows. Mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence remain in force.
